Extract the GameData folder from your downloaded ZIP file before opening the emu!

Open the Menu!

Under the Tools tab, select Import/Export Data!

Open the folder you extracted from the ZIP!

Once inside the GameData folder, mash OK!

Fire up Mario Builder 64!

Hit your Back button to open the game menu and load from file!
